1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Empowerment Worship Center Inc. ("EWC") website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its ministry purpose — including live stream viewing, online giving, member accounts, live chat, and prayer requests. You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, post harmful or abusive content in the chat, or misuse the giving system in any way.

3. Member Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are verified by email. Church staff reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Online Giving

Donations are processed securely by Stripe. By giving, you authorize EWC to charge the payment method you provide, including recurring charges if you select a Weekly or Monthly pledge. Recurring pledges may be modified or cancelled at any time by contacting the church office. Giving is governed by our Giving & Refund Policy.

5. Live Chat & Community Content

Chat messages and prayer requests must be respectful and lawful. EWC staff moderate the chat and may remove content or restrict users at their discretion. Do not share sensitive personal information in public chat.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — including sermon media, images, logos, and text — belongs to EWC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live streams, third-party embeds (such as YouTube), and payment services may occasionally be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
